Psychedelic Integration & Harm Reduction (Nov 2, 2024)

Willow & Leaf founder Jordan Dobrowski, LCSW, CPATP presents on psychedelic integration and harm reduction with the Haymarket Center on November 2, 2024.

The Psychedelic Renaissance is upon us. Everyone from the independent artist to the CEO seems to be curious about the benefits and the risks of various psychedelic substances. While psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy remains inaccessible for many, some have resorted to exploring these substances on their own. This presentation will help support you as a clinician should one of your clients indicate they are using a psychedelic substance and need additional support. We will review how Harm Reduction is different from other forms of Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy and offer some training on a unique post-trip intervention called Integration Therapy.

Learning Objectives

  • Be able to identify the risks associated with commonly used psychedelics.
  • Understand what fragmentation is as it relates to psychedelic use.
  • Learn clinical skills to help clients integrate their psychedelic experiences.
  • Identify common themes that arise from psychedelic exploration.
