Group therapy offers a supportive, structured space to explore mental health concerns alongside others who share similar experiences. At our practice, psychotherapy groups are thoughtfully facilitated to foster connection, skill-building, and meaningful personal growth. Please see our current offerings below.
Thursdays at 5pm CST via Google Meet
This facilitated therapy group will blend peer support with clinical expertise to provide a virtual healing space for catharsis, learning, and adaptive growth. Run by Jordan Dobrowski, LCSW who has lived experience with chronic illness. Group is neurodiverse-friendly and inclusive of all genders.

Group therapy helps reduce isolation by connecting you with others who are navigating similar challenges. Sharing space with people who understand your experiences can normalize emotions, foster belonging, and support healing through authentic connection.
Psychotherapy groups offer practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, and coping with stress. Participants learn evidence-informed skills not only from the facilitator, but also through observing and practicing with others in real time.
Hearing diverse viewpoints can deepen self-awareness and expand how you understand your own patterns and experiences. Group therapy provides opportunities to receive feedback, challenge assumptions, and develop more flexible, compassionate perspectives.
