Mental Health Therapy
"Therapy can offer a space to better understand those influences, reconnect with yourself, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals. Recognizing that each of us bring difference experiences, identities, privileges, and challenges into the therapy room, I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to define growth on their own terms. I believe many of the challenges we face make sense when viewed in the context of the relationships, communities, identities, and systems we move through daily. Therapy can offer a space to better understand those influences, reconnect with yourself, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals. Together, we'll explore your external world and internal world. Exploring not only your relationships and systems, but also discovering your identities and nervous system patterns that have helped shape your story."
PLEASE NOTE: Shannon is considered out-of-network for United, Optum, Oscar, and Oxford plans until further notice. Other therapists on our team are available to see clients as in-network.
Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Consultation and supervision with Jordan is collaborative, curiosity-driven, and grounded in an anti-oppressive, client-centered perspective. Bringing expertise in dissociative disorders, neurodivergence, chronic illness, crisis response, corporate DEI, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy — alongside lived experience — means complex cases get the nuanced, judgment-free attention they deserve. Whether you are navigating a high-acuity presentation, integrating psychedelic-assisted therapy into your practice, or looking for a supervisor who genuinely gets it, this is a warm, rigorous, and affirming space to grow.
